New & Additional Services

The 9–5 job is a thing of the past, and here at The Teepee we know that 8–6 childcare is too. We know working parents with young children can lead particularly stressful and busy lives. There are a number of small things we do to help ease the strain. Our customers pick what’s right for them and their lifestyle. Knowing we offer some additional services can lighten the load in itself.

Dawn chorus

You can book your child into nursery early on an ongoing or ad hoc basis, whichever suits your lifestyle. You can even bring them in their pyjamas if you like!

Sunset chorus

Although we ask your child has left the nursery by 6pm, we can care for your child later if you book this in advance.

Weekend opening

Work isn’t always limited to Monday to Friday. If you are registered at The Teepee, you can make use of our weekend opening service at our sister nursery in Reading, just 8 miles away and conveniently near the end of the A329M.

Cooked breakfast and a substantial supper

A breakfast of cereal or porridge is included in your fees, as well as a nutritious, home-cooked tea. If you would like your child to have a more substantial meal, you can book a cooked breakfast or a two-course supper. As with the dawn chorus, you can book these on an ongoing or ad hoc basis.
